Maintenance, Repair and Support Plan

ByteSpeed offers a five year warranty for parts and labor on its computers and servers and a three year parts, one year labor warranty on our laptops. This warranty covers the CPU and any internal components along with the keyboard, mouse and speakers. We offer a three year warranty on the monitors and the manufacturer's warranty on all peripherals. Our labor warranty is for items returned to us for repair and does not include on-site warranty repair. On larger orders (100+ Computers) we include a "Hot-Swap" parts closet that we keep on the customer's site for easy replacement with immediate and live toll-free tech support. If warranty service is required, ByteSpeed will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number by phone or email. Product(s) should be sent back to ByteSpeed in their original or equivalent packaging. ByteSpeed will pay for freight to ship a replacement part and will include a paid return shipping label to return the defective part to us.

Statement of Guarantee

ByteSpeed will offer equivalent replacement parts for any product sold to the state for three years after a product is discontinued.
