The 6th Annual NAECAD National Convention will begin with the Dinner and Awards Recognition Event, taking place at the Alumni and Friends Center at Boise State University.

This event, hosted by NAECAD and Boise State University, will begin with an optional pre-convention workshop held Wednesday afternoon, June 7, and Thursday morning, June 8, presented by Boise State University Esports. 

The 6th Annual NAECAD National Convention will feature the top college and high school esports directors and coaches from around the country presenting keynote sessions about “The Road Ahead” in esports and offering the opportunity for all attendees to discuss and participate in writing the next chapter of esports for college and high school competition.

This event will also be a time to celebrate the end of the year achievements, honor and recognize our NAECAD member leaders, engage in some friendly competition hosted by Boise State University, and plenty of time to connect with colleagues and expand your esports community!

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

Esports coaches and directors, athletic directors, and administrators 
involved with high school and collegiate esports programs.

Registration fees:

PRE-CONVENTION WORKSHOP ONLY: $175
*NAECAD members will receive a discount code for $25 off registration fee for Pre-Convention Workshop 

NATIONAL CONVENTION ONLY: $200
*NAECAD members will receive a discount code for $50 off registration fee for National Convention 

COMBINED REGISTRATION FOR PRE-CONVENTION WORKSHOP & NATIONAL CONVENTION: $375
*NAECAD Members will receive BOTH discounts mentioned above, for a total of $75 off combined registration fee

Pre-Convention Esports Coach and Director Workshop
When: Check-in starts on Wednesday, June 7 at Noon, and ends Thursday, June 8 at Noon. 
Where: Boise State University
Cost: If you attend ONLY the Pre-Convention Esports Coach and Director Workshop, the fee is $175 (NAECAD members will receive a discount code for $25 off registration fee for Pre-Convention workshop).    
Details: Join other esports coaches and directors in learning about what it takes to be a success in this emerging field. Curriculum is adapted from the Boise State Certificate in Esports to demonstrate proficiency with esports technologies, investigate emerging trends in data, analytics, media and esports content, and gain the skills to enter esports coaching careers and professions based on real-world experiences.

Cost for National Convention ONLY: $200 (NAECAD Members will receive a discount code for $50 off if you register for ONLY the National Convention)
Cost for Combined Registration: The combined fee for the National Convention and Pre-Convention Workshop is $375 (NAECAD members will receive a discount code for $75 off when registering for BOTH.)
